You’ll be paid per project based on a flat rate or fixed agreement, depending on your role. No upfront investment required — just your expertise, commitment, and passion for sustainable housing.

Architect / Designer
Create layout customisations, manage add-ons, and support design development.
✅ Paid per home: Fixed Rate per Project + Bonus Customisations
Structural Engineer
Provide compliance, safety checks, and certifications.
✅ Paid per home, rate based on scope.
Installation Teams (Victoria)
Licensed professionals to assemble and install prefab modules on-site.
✅ Paid per contract/project (agreed in advance).
Smart Tech & Solar Specialist
Set up energy systems, water systems, and automation.
✅ Paid per project.
Legal Advisor / Contract Consultant
Draft contracts for clients and collaborators, T&Cs, refund policy, warranties.
✅ Paid per document or retainer.
Marketing & Content Specialist
Support with launch campaigns, ad creatives, crowdfunding materials, and digital content.
✅ Paid per deliverable or short-term contract.

Projects are pre-sold through a deposit system — meaning no inventory risk.
Collaborators are paid per project after the sale is secured and design confirmed.
