Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HomeZeroProject, we understand that committing to a home is a big decision. That’s why we’ve developed a fair and transparent refund policy for all pre-sale home deposits.
Deposit Refund Conditions
Full Refund: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided no consultation or work has commenced with our architect or design team.
Consultation Stage: Once you’ve had your initial consultation with our architect (or custom design process has begun), your deposit becomes non-refundable. This is due to the allocation of design resources, time, and planning toward your personalised project.
Change of Mind (After 7 Days but Before Consultation): If you wish to cancel your order after 7 days but before the consultation, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less any admin or processing fees).
Custom Orders: Deposits for highly customised or site-specific homes are non-refundable once design or production begins. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request within 5 business days and provide an official confirmation of your refund status.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
After architectural consultation or plan development
If construction or material procurement has started
For no-shows to scheduled consultations
For changes in personal circumstances (unless required by Australian Consumer Law)
